Harbin & Cheeatow successfully defend man accused of impersonating emergency responder

A 20-year-old Hagerstown man charged with impersonating an emergency responder at a crash scene earlier this year was found not guilty in Washington County Circuit Court.  Follow the link below to see how we successfully defended our client:
